Ahead of your 30-minute session, send recent photos, a list of products and frequency, notes on any reactions, and your skin goals so we can evaluate progress and tailor recommendations efficiently.

We typically recommend booking a follow-up 4–8 weeks after beginning new products to assess tolerance and results. If you experience strong irritation or worsening symptoms sooner, schedule an earlier check-in.

We can recommend routine and product adjustments, but we do not prescribe medications. If prescription changes are needed, we’ll advise you to consult your prescribing provider or recommend a referral to a dermatologist.

Yes — we’ll review any reactions or breakouts, identify likely causes, suggest soothing strategies or temporary pauses, and recommend safer alternatives or next steps to manage inflammation and promote recovery.

The session is 30 minutes and includes a skin progress review, evaluation of your current routine, discussion of product response, appropriate routine adjustments, and updated recommendations with next steps.

You can reschedule with advance notice according to our policy. If you need more time, we can book an extended session or an additional appointment to cover deeper concerns or follow-up planning.
